Shipping

Orders are processed daily and ship out either the same day or the following business day.  We ship via US Postal Service to the United States and Canada.  You will receive a shipping confirmation and tracking number via email.  US orders generally take 4-5 business days for delivery.  A flat-rate shipping fee is applied to all orders during the checkout process.  The fees are $10.00 per bag for US orders & $30.00 per bag for Canadian orders.

Returns

We want you to be satisfied and happy with your purchase.  We make sure our bags are of outstanding quality before we ship them to you.  If you receive a bag that is in any way defective, please return it to us.  We will exchange it for a new one and refund you the cost of shipping.

If there is nothing wrong with the bag, but it turns out to be not quite what you expected, you can still return the bag for a full refund, minus shipping costs and a $10 restocking fee.  The bag must be unused and still in pristine condition.

If you would like to make a return, please email returns@silhouettebags.com, so we can issue you a RMA number.  All requests for return must be received by us, via email, within 10 days of receiving your bag.

International Shipping

We are currently only able to ship to residents in the United States and Canada; however, we do work with a retailer that ships worldwide. If you live outside of our shipping area, check out Pilger Bags for international shipping options for your Silhouette Bag.
